About GEOFast

What it does

• The free X-ray checks 13 AI crawlers against robots.txt, fetches the homepage as 4 of them, compares pages with and without JavaScript, and reads up to 300 pages. Jev, a fast labeling model, answers 8 questions about every page, and the fixes come ranked, with steps and code. It needs no account.
• Asking the AIs: when a scan ends, GEOFast puts three buyer questions once each to ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, with no email or account. A free account asks six of the site's questions once each and opens every fix. Both show who the AIs recommend and which pages they cite.
• Tracking: paid plans ask your own questions weekly or daily of ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, weekly of Perplexity, and weekly of Claude on a few prompts. They put a 90% range on how often you're mentioned and picked first, and mark a finished action as earned only when later answers beat the usual swing.

How it measures

AI answers change from one ask to the next, so GEOFast counts answers and says how sure each count is. The methodology covers where questions come from, how each engine's answers are collected and how every number is counted. Jev was tested on 200 pages from 20 sites against a stronger model: its answers were right 76% to 99% of the time, depending on the question (every number).

What it doesn't do

• It installs nothing on your site and doesn't track your visitors.
• It reads public pages only, as GEOFastBot, which follows your robots.txt beyond your homepage.
• It doesn't write your pages: it gives a brief and the evidence, and you or your coding agent write the page.

The name

GEO stands for generative engine optimization: making a site easy for AI assistants to find, read and quote. The X-ray takes about a minute; across 30 sites the median was 43 seconds.
