AI visibility tracking, with a range on every rate

GEOFast asks ChatGPT, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the questions your buyers ask, on a schedule, and counts how often each answer names you, puts you first and cites your site. Every rate comes with its 90% range, because AI answers change from one ask to the next.

Every plan: weekly on Watch, daily on Growth and Agency.

The engines

Where the answers come from.

Each engine is read the way people use it where that's possible, so the answers match what a buyer sees.

  • ChatGPT and Gemini

Captured from the apps themselves, signed out, as someone in your project's country would see them.

  • Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode

Read from Google's own results pages for each question. A search that shows no AI answer counts as one that didn't name you: nobody saw you there.

  • Perplexity

Through its Sonar API with search, asked weekly on every plan. Perplexity answers from its own index, so it ignores your project's country.

  • Claude

Through Anthropic's API with web search, asked weekly on every plan of your first 5 prompts on Watch, 10 on Growth and 25 on Agency. Claude's answers cost about five times a captured answer's, which is why it asks fewer prompts.

How it counts

Rates with ranges, and changes that are real.

  • Mentioned in

The share of answers that name you anywhere, with its 90% range: where the true rate likely sits, given how many answers were asked.

  • First pick

The share of answers where you're the first option offered. No average rank: answers rarely order brands the same way twice.

  • Cited

The share of answers whose sources include a page on your site.

  • A change shows when it beats the usual swing

The dashboard marks a move only with at least 10 answers on each side and ranges that don't overlap. Trend charts draw your line's range as a band, so you see the noise too.

  • Failures are never “not named”

A call that fails, or an answer the reading model can't read, is left out of every rate and shown as a failure.

  • One score, weighed by place

The AI visibility score, 0 to 100, averages every answer: 1 when you're the first option, 0.8 second or third, 0.6 further down, 0.5 when you're named outside the options.

  • History follows your names

Answers are stored, so adding a competitor or another spelling of your name matches the whole history against it again.

FAQ

Questions about AI visibility tracking.

  • Why do the rates have ranges?

Ask an AI the same question twice and you can get two different answers. A rate from 40 answers is an estimate; the range shows where the true rate likely sits (90%). When two ranges overlap, the difference may be noise.

  • Which country are the answers from?

ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's answers are captured as someone in your project's country sees them. Perplexity and Claude answer from their own search, which ignores the country.

  • Can I track Claude?

Yes, on every plan: Claude is asked weekly, with its own web search, of your first 5 to 25 prompts, by plan.

  • How many prompts can I track?

50 on Watch, 100 on Growth, 1,500 on Agency. The limit counts every project in the team together.
