Add-ons

What costs extra.

  • Ads Agent, for ChatGPT ads run through Evertune, is billed apart from the plan: 10% of media spend on Starter, with the first 7 days free, 8% on Pro and a custom rate on Enterprise. Media costs are paid directly to OpenAI.[1, 2]
Billing

How Evertune bills.

  • Evertune has two pricing pages. The one its menu links lists Pro at $800 a month and Enterprise; the other adds Starter at $60 a month and marks both prices billed annually. Neither shows a month-to-month rate.[1, 3]
  • Credits are prompts times models times samples: 50 prompts on 1 model at 100 samples use 5,000 credits a month, and so do 1,000 prompts on 5 models at 1 sample, which its calculator says Starter's 5,000 credits cover. Each prompt is run up to 100 times on every model you track.[1]
  • The plans page's card gives Starter up to 5 models and its comparison table says 4; the Starter guide lists 5.[1, 2]
  • Starter starts by entering card details in the app; Pro and Enterprise start with a demo. The only free period listed is the Ads Agent's first 7 days on Starter.[1, 2]
  • Once a tracker runs, its credits are used and it can't be deleted. Changes to topics and prompts use credits the next time the tracker runs.[2]
  • A subscription renews automatically for the same term. You can cancel at any time in account settings, effective at the end of the current term, and fees already paid are non-refundable.[4]
  • Plan fees are charged in advance, usage fees and overages in arrears, and all fees exclude taxes.[4]
