- Past a plan's seat limit, an additional user is $25 a month, or 5 more seats are $75 a month.[1]
How Scrunch bills.
- Core has a 7-day free trial that needs a credit card; it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel. The pricing page offers the 7-day trial on Agency Core too.[1, 3]
- If you cancel, your data stays accessible through the current billing cycle, and then the account becomes inactive.[4]
- Pricing is per brand, per month: on the brand plans each brand tracked needs its own subscription, and several brands on one account means Enterprise. Agency Core holds 3 brand workspaces.[1]
- Yearly discounts are for Enterprise clients: an annual agreement paid upfront gets a discount equal to two months free.[1]
- Going over a plan's limits doesn't cut off access; if usage stays above them, Scrunch's team reaches out about moving to a plan that fits.[1]
